Support Vanity URLs for Customer Konnect Login URL

Many SaaS providers allow customers to setup a vanity URL to access their instance of a SaaS service (i.e. <customer>.splunk.com>). This proves to the customer using Konnect that they're accessing their instance of the Konnect service. <customer>.cloud.konghq.com.
