Analytics: Allow filtering on custom tags for Reports

We allow customer to define custom tags on entities within Konnect (like Control Planes, Service etc). In the reporting section it would be great if they can filter based on those custom tags.

One use case we have come across is where a customer is deploying KIC in multiple clusters - each cluster maps to a Control Plane inside Konnect. Each cluster is part of an environment (e.g. Dev, Staging, Prod) and the customer will add tags to differentiate these - however they would like to report based on these tags e.g. see total requests on Dev environment for all clusters
