Request is for a denial list for api products and docs, much like the request in https://kong-internal-portal.ideas.aha.io/ideas/KP-I-151
The request comes from a client who has a number of API Products they wish to keep private from general users. Instead of having to create a number of access roles (current feature) which would require them to register each new API and assign a role to their general team(s), then doubling this up for the private ones they wish to just deny access for the general users. This creates a lot of work instead of just providing a denial on specifics.
