Gateway manager control planes provide a way for organizations to compartmentalize their gateway deployment by various use cases. For example, CP and CP groups can be used to represent different teams, environments, channels and business units etc.
There is currently no way to retain this compartmentalization beyond Gateway Manager.
For example, in the portal application, organizations may want to retain the enviornmental compartmentalization between gateway CPs and their portal. For example, only services/routes in the "Dev" CP can be published in the "Dev" Portal. Subsequently, "Prod" CP for the "Prod" Portal. And maintaining this boundary is critical.
