Allow for saved and pre-defined search filters

Similar to how Jira works. A prospect has requested the ability to save a search filter for a user and at a global level. This will allow for easier use of popular searches that may have complex syntax. This would also unlocked shared searches as well as the ability to preload searches for new users that would be tailored to their Konnect use case.
