Konnect SLA Performance Report for Customers

Customer is requesting a monthly Konnect SLA performance report (minimum) to track their respective Konnect account. This report will be used by the customer to:

  1. Determine if there is a variance (under-performance) to what is the contractually stated SLA level. Likely, this will need to be discussed with Legal as well.

  2. Track when a specific performance occurred and description of what happened much like what is on the Kong Status Page.

  3. Request reimbursement/credit back if the SLA is not attained. To emphasize, this should focus on just what functionality the customer has running in their Konnect environment as they will seek reimbursement.

  4. Be delivered in the portal or to a specific email address.
