Send analytics data to a 3rd party system

What: Advanced Analytics users can easily configure a method to send aggregated data to a third party system.

Why: In federated organizations, platform teams, for example, may not have the ability to deploy plugins into DPs that they don't own or have access to each indiviudal LOBs monitoring system. That limits them to get a holistic picture across their entire platform. Although they could use Konnect, they already have established systems in place that can't be replaced. Those could be traditional monitoring tools like Splunk but also BI tools like PowerBI.
