Send reports periodically

What: Konnect sends monthly reports via channel of their choice that highlights the current state of the organization's API ecosystem known to Konnect. Possible content could be:

• Number of Gateway Services.

• Number of Consumers.

• Number of Gateway Services with high traffic but no documentation.

• Number of Gateway Services with minimal to no traffic.

• Number of unprotected endpoints.

Additionally:

• Show the changes to last month.

• Link to a corresponding dashboard.

• Links from the individual chart images within the email to exploration driving traffic to Analytics.

Users can also decide to send custom reports.

Why: Explosive growth of APIs within an organization makes it hard to continue keeping track of all APIs. You can never overcommunicate the state of an organization's ecosystem and spot unusual patterns as early as possible.
