Visualize Websocket traffic in Konnect

Websocket support was officially released with Gateway 3.0 (September 2022), though metrics into this kind of traffic isn't supported yet. Our customers would like to see their websocket traffic show up in Konnect Advanced Analytics.

Keep service/route name when the entity is deleted
