What: When a lot of deleted entities exist, it makes reviewing reports on active services very difficult. It would help to have a way to filter out deleted services (also a way to only see deleted services as well).

Allow Plus users to download invoice from billing page

Right now users have to go through a multi-step process to navigate through to Stripe to get a PDF of a monthly invoice. We should make this easily accessible from the Konnect UI such that a user can download their PDF invoices directly from Konnect.

Support kong mesh with openshift/cisco CNI
