Human-friendly date/time format inside the exported CSV

What: When you export a custom report into a CSV, the result includes a column for timestamp which is currently shown as a unix timestamp. A more human-friendly date-time format would be better so that users avoid having to convert this all the time.

Allow Plus users to download invoice from billing page

Right now users have to go through a multi-step process to navigate through to Stripe to get a PDF of a monthly invoice. We should make this easily accessible from the Konnect UI such that a user can download their PDF invoices directly from Konnect.
